Local magazines are popping up in every city, big or small. If you have a group of talented people to design your magazine and the business sense to keep their sales high, you can have a successful business with a local magazine.
1. Review guidelines of your local government to find out exactly what you need license. Even magazines that are distributed for free and make money with ads is a business. You can not run a business without a license.
