Evernote works in a simple manner:

For instance:

If you are an entrepreneur, you create the project “MY COMPANY” and there you will create the tasks that need to be made.

There is no limit of tasks or projects to carry out, but of course, the fewer tasks have to date, much better.

  • Free version is a bit limited;
  • Premium, where you can make notes, attach files, track productivity, etc.

You sign up and begin to create mental maps you want. At first it’s a bit complicated to understand, but you instructions on functions and commands, so a little practice and ready.

Characteristics

Like many other programs for mental maps, this allows you to add pictures, share your maps with whom you want and best of all. You can also change the color and create sub-branches. It is totally free and unlimited in creating mind maps. The only thing I dislike is that you can only create branches on the sides, and although the move up or down, the roots continue to appear on the sides.

Sure many will say that several other tools resemble each other and effectively; but not all are equal. However, in my case I use each and combining them is a powerful way to be more productive.

For what is better to use, if Todoist or Wunderlist: My answer is that you try both and end stay or both or one. As explained above; each has its advantages.
